The price includes the installation of a new 3.5-Ton Goodman or Payne Budget Series, 14.3-SEER2, Single-Stage, Electric AC & Gas Heating System as follows:
Install new indoor furnace and evaporator coil as follows:
• Remove and dispose of the existing indoor furnace
• Install a new indoor 14.3-Seer2 single-stage gas furnace
• Install a new evaporator coil and connect to furnace
• Blow out the existing drain line and reconnect
• Ensure the new system is level and secure
• Transition the supply side and return air side plenums to the furnace
• Apply an airtight seal to the plenums and furnace
• Install a new basic thermostat
Install new outdoor condenser as follows:
• Remove and dispose of the existing outdoor AC unit
• Install a new single-stage 14.3-Seer2 outdoor AC unit
• Acid-flushed the existing line set to remove contaminants and reconnect
• Install a new drier filter to protect against potential future contaminants
• Install locking caps on the freon valves to eliminate tampering
• Commission the system and calibrate to the manufacturer’s specs
