The work will be completed as follows:
Remove condenser unit and dispose of properly
Install Carrier Heat Pump as follows:
Replace the existing Condenser pad if needed
Replace the existing electrical disconnect if needed
The existing copper line-set will be acid-flushed to remove all contaminates
Install new 3.5-ton 27SCA542A003 Heat Pump
Install a new drier filter
Install locking caps at the Freon valves to prevent tampering
Commission the new system and calibrate to Manufacturer Specs
Register the new equipment in the owner’s name to protect the Factory Parts Warranty
City Permit is included where needed including final review by City Inspector where needed.
